Lauri Kilwein comes to us, not only as a Disney Vacation Club veteran, but also a Disney enthusiast through and through.
Lauri graduated magna cum laude from The College of New Jersey after calling South Jersey her home for 22 years. Her relationship with Disney began, as many do, on the Disney College Program, making magic as an attractions hostess at “Journey Into Your Imagination” and “Honey, I Shrunk the Audience”. The highlight and complete honor of her time on the College Program was getting to be “very close friends” with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and other classic Disney characters.
After the College Program, Lauri was chosen to be part of the Pharmaceutical Leadership Development Program with Johnson & Johnson. During her four-year tenure with J&J, she experienced a great measure of success working in Meetings and Conventions as well as Pharmaceutical Sales.
Lauri soon went on to work as a Disney Vacation Club Guide at Walt Disney World in Orlando. With DVC, she had the life-changing experience of working on all four Disney Cruise Line ships. This experience awarded her the opportunity to travel the world; a gift she will never forget and for which she will forever be grateful. During this time, Lauri was selected to be a presenter for three high-profile Member Cruises as well as countless Member Celebrations and Disney Vacation Club Events. It has been her honor to “Welcome Home“ thousands to the magic of Disney Vacation Club, many of whom she now calls friends.
Throughout her career, Lauri has been honored to be the recipient of a variety of awards and accolades, including the President’s Trophy Award and Field Sales Director Award with Johnson & Johnson and multiple Leadership Circle Awards during her tenure with Disney.
As if working for Disney wasn’t already a dream come true for Lauri, she proudly credits Disney for introducing her to her husband, Dave. A life long Disney fan himself, their journeys connected while working at Disney Vacation Club. Together, Lauri and Dave love experiencing the magic of Disney through the eyes of their three and five year old children, Katie Grace and Canon. As members of DVC themselves, her family goes on several Disney trips each year. From staycations at Walt Disney World, to Adventures by Disney, to Alaskan and Mediterranean cruises, the Disney memories her family has made together are priceless.
Central to her life is Lauri’s faith. She attributes her many successes and blessings in both her life and career to God’s blessings. When Lauri isn’t busy helping other families experience all the magic Disney Vacation Club has to offer, she enjoys spending time with her family, the theater, live music, the beach, and all things Disney (did we mention she’s a fan?) Lauri is proud to bring her knowledge, passion, and love of Disney Vacation Club to DVC Resale Experts.

Adam joins our team with 25 years of Disney Vacation Club experience.
Adam graduated from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and started his Disney journey working at The Disney Vacation Club Resort (later called Old Key West). Adam spent several years on the resort side of DVC and was instrumental in opening Disney’s BoarWalk Resort.
From there, Adam transitioned into the sales side of DVC starting as an ASA in the parks and resorts, becoming a top salesperson in his role. He also had the pleasure to be a leader within the DVC sales team, which allowed him to create new strategies and implement countless improvements for our Members! Missing being in the heart of sales, he transitioned to being on the phone in a Telesales role where he excelled in his sales career and brought him to the role as a DVC Guide, which gave him the ultimate gift of creating lasting memories for so many guests who chose to make DVC their home.
During Adam’s DVC Journey, he has had the pleasure of working at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland, and if that wasn’t enough, he has also worked on all 4 Disney Cruise Line Ships and has done countless Member Cruises and special events.
Adam and his Wife, Sharon, have a 14-year-old son, Ethan, and an 8 pound Morkie Puppy. As DVC members themselves for over 20 years they have been able to enjoy the benefits of Membership…being able to stay at every single DVC resort, experience an Adventures by Disney trip as well as an Alaskan Cruise. Both as a couple and a family, the memories they have made due to DVC has truly been magical and not possible if it wasn’t for joining DVC. To this day Adam says it’s one of the best things Sharon has talked him into.

Nate Michael joins us as the new Director of Operations, bringing his love for Disney and extensive managerial background to DVC Resale Experts! Nate grew up in Buffalo, NY, and after graduating Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania, he felt a calling from “the Mouse” and headed to Florida to join the Disney College Program.
Nate spent a total of 11 years working for the Walt Disney World Resort, making magic in roles ranging from “it’s a small world” host to Operations Management (where he met his now wife, Bethany) to working as a Sales Guide for Disney Vacation Club. Nate earned his coveted “blue name tag” and was honored with the Legacy Award in 2013. He even got married at his favorite DVC Resort, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, and continues to pursue his dreams of making the world a better place on a daily basis.
Nate is excited about joining the team at DVC Resale Experts, and is looking forward to making magic family vacations come true in his new role!

Chris’ love of Disney started when he was a child growing up in Indiana. Chris’ cousin, Bonnie, was one of Walt Disney’s original Mouseketeers! Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Wright State University and an MBA in Finance from The Ohio State University. Moving to Orlando in 2004 to be closer to Walt Disney World, he owned a successful real estate company, repeatedly recognized by Orlando Magazine as one of Orlando’s top 100 Realtors and even earning recognition by the Wall Street Journal and RealTrends as one of the top 1000 Realtors nationwide. Chris chose to join Disney Vacation Club as a Sales Guide in 2018. Having stayed at nearly every DVC resort and going on numerous Disney cruises, Chris decided he wanted to combine his love of real estate and DVC. DVC Resale Experts is the perfect way to combine his passions!

Graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Tourism in 1999, Theresa’s focus since then has been on enhancing your family’s quality time together through travel. Theresa knew from the time she was 12 years old that she wanted to work for Mickey Mouse, and she made that dream come true. Theresa worked for the Walt Disney Company for 24 years, most recently in the Disney Vacation Club Guide Role, where she sold magic and memories for over 15 years. Theresa was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” when she began and has earned several sales awards throughout her career as a DVC Guide. She had the honor of “welcoming home” over 4000 member families, many who joined with Theresa on board Disney Cruise Line. She is intimately familiar with Disney Vacation Club, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Adventures by Disney, Aulani and Disney Cruise Line. Theresa has been a Disney Vacation Club member since 2002. She has ridden a camel in Tunisia and an elephant in Cambodia, she has drank champagne at the top of the Eiffel Tower, played with the Apes at the Rock of Gibraltar and caught King Salmon in Alaska – all thanks to Disney Vacation Club! Always up for adventure, Theresa has traveled to 6 of the 7 continents and has sailed on over 450 Disney Cruises – on all 4 Disney Cruise Line Ships! She is a big believer that travel leaves you speechless – then turns you into a storyteller.
