The first floor features the main entrance, the master bedroom suite with king-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, flat-panel TV in each bedroom and the living room, and DVD player in the living room. The full kitchen includes a coffee maker, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and more. Also on the first floor are the dining room with table and chairs, laundry room with washer & dryer, and a private balcony.
