Becoming a Disney Vacation Club Member is a highlight for many Disney fans. If you enjoy going to the parks every year and love staying at deluxe resorts, it’s something to think about. It may not cost as much as you think! Members are able to save on deluxe resort stays and those who purchase resale often save much more. The BoardWalk DVC price depends on how you purchase. Let’s go over the options.

BoardWalk DVC Price: How much is it?

Who wouldn’t want to stay next to Epcot on their Walt Disney World Resort vacation every year? Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is also next to the Disney Skyliner and a quick boat ride from Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

You should know the price of DVC differs tremendously based on where, which resort, and how, direct or resale, you buy.

Purchase points from Disney and you may be eligible for extras like discounts but you’ll usually pay a lot more. Buy resale, from a Member selling their contract, and you can typically get a fantastic rate. So does it make sense to buy DVC from Disney directly? This is a personal preference based on how you plan to use the Membership and how you like to spend your vacation days.

When buying resale at BoardWalk, you’ll have more flexibility in booking. That’s because it’s one of the original 14 DVC home resorts. This puts it in a different category when it comes to resale restrictions. You’re able to use DVC resale BoardWalk points to book at any of the other original 14 DVC home resorts as well. This is based on availability, of course.

How Much is BoardWalk DVC?

First note that Disney Vacation Club prices change. We see direct per point prices go up every year or so. On the DVC resale market, prices fluctuate. Resale DVC per point prices also depend on the number of points on the individual contract. We see contracts with more points sell for less per point. Basically, if you buy a small contract you can expect to pay a little more per point.

In 2025, Disney’s BoardWalk Villas is selling for $240 per point directly from Disney.

Prices for all home resorts are not listed on the Disney Vacation Club website. Instead, the resorts Disney is actively selling are promoted front and center. Currently that’s The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort, The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Riviera Resort and Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawaiʻi. For other resorts that are considered “sold out,” you will need to inquire with Disney for pricing information and availability.

So far in 2025, Disney’s BoardWalk Villas per point prices are around $112 on average.

This is about the same price as 2024. Pricing trends on the resale market have been atypical the last few years with prices going down. Usually we see per point prices stay the same or go up year to year. Different variables have caused resale DVC prices to be lower over the last few years.

Annual dues are a part of Disney Vacation Club ownership no matter how you buy. How much is BoardWalk DVC? To get the full answer you have to consider what you will pay in DVC maintenance fees. These are paid every year, or monthly if the owner prefers, and they typically go up a bit each year.

Disney Vacation Club annual dues are paid by the point. This means the more points you have, the more you pay in annual dues.

Consider financing in BoardWalk Cost

You are able to finance Disney Vacation Club. If you choose to go this route, consider there will be additional expenses like interest.

You can finance through Disney when buying direct. You can also finance through another loan company if you choose.
