Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort opened in South Carolina in 1996. This Disney Vacation Club resort is about a 5 hour drive from Walt Disney World. Disney’s Hilton Head has a big recreational activity presence with a focus on nature. Bike rentals are part of the fun. You can also enjoy a trip to the beach which is about a mile away. Tide Me Over at Disney’s Hilton Head

Tide Me Over is the quick service window at Disney’s Hilton Head Resort. It’s only open for breakfast and lunch. You’ll find mostly typical quick service menu items here with a splash of Carolina and some picnic tables to eat at. Some treats Disney fans know and love are here. Look for various Mickey ice creams, Mickey waffles and Dole Whip. 

Signals Seaside Grill

Broad Creek Mercantile Shop is a general store and activity hub. This merchandise shop does have some snacks and drinks. There are also charcoal barbecue grills for guests to use. Signals at Disney’s Beach House is open seasonally with quick service breakfast and lunch. Disney’s Beach House can be visited via shuttle or bike path. Unique, themed and seasonal dining is offered and can be inquired about by phone.

Dining Near Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort

In addition to the few options mentioned above, guests of Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort have a lot of choices within walking distance. The resort is located on a beautiful waterway and near a harbor. As you exit Disney’s Hilton Head you can walk along the water to some of the following restaurants. The Hilton Head Social Bakery is one of the closest options by foot and highly rated. Top Dawg Tavern has traditional American cuisine. More sweets are nearby at Frosty’s Italian Ices. San Miguel’s Mexican on the Marina has excellent salsa and margaritas to remember. You can enjoy live music at San Miguel’s on the deck by the water.
