Bay Lake Tower is the only address in all of Walt Disney World where you can walk to Magic Kingdom — no bus, no monorail, no waiting. A private, gated walkway connects the tower directly to the park, putting you steps from the most iconic theme park on earth. For buyers, Bay Lake Tower carries one of the higher price-per-point tags in the resale market — and earns it. Deed expiration runs through 2060, demand at the 11-month booking window is among the highest in the system, and its location is genuinely irreplaceable. No other DVC property will ever sit on this land or offer this walkway. If proximity to Magic Kingdom is your priority, this is the only contract worth considering.
