Bay Lake Tower is the only address in all of Walt Disney World where you can walk to Magic Kingdom — no bus, no monorail, no waiting. A private, gated walkway connects the tower directly to the park, putting you steps from the most iconic theme park on earth. Perched 15 stories above Bay Lake, the tower opened in 2009 as part of Disney's Contemporary Resort — one of the original two hotels that opened alongside Walt Disney World in 1971. There is no reservation system, no general public access, and no better seat in all of Walt Disney World for watching Happily Ever After light up the night sky over Magic Kingdom. It's the kind of thing you experience once and realize you've been leaving something on the table every other Disney trip.

For buyers, Bay Lake Tower carries one of the higher price-per-point tags in the resale market — and earns it. Deed expiration runs through 2060, demand at the 11-month booking window is among the highest in the system, and its location is genuinely irreplaceable. No other DVC property will ever sit on this land or offer this walkway. If proximity to Magic Kingdom is your priority, this is the only contract worth considering.

Experience an unforgettable vacation in Villas that fit up to 12 Guests. The master-bedroom suite has a king-size bed an da master bathroom with bubble-jet bathtub and walk-in rain shower. Guests can also enjoy two-queen size beds in each of the two Guest bedrooms that feature an en suite, or shared, bathroom or a queen-size sleeper-sofa bed in the living room. And everyone can gather together for a big family meal that’s been prepared in the spacious full kitchen.
