Bay Lake Tower is the only address in all of Walt Disney World where you can walk to Magic Kingdom — no bus, no monorail, no waiting. Deed expiration runs through 2060, demand at the 11-month booking window is among the highest in the system, and its location is genuinely irreplaceable. No other DVC property will ever sit on this land or offer this walkway. If proximity to Magic Kingdom is your priority, this is the only contract worth considering.

Deluxe Studios include one queen-size bed, one queen-size sleeper sofa, and one pull-down bunk-size bed. Deluxe Studios also boast: A Split bathroom area, featuring a tub/shower combination on one side and a walk-in shower with rain shower head on the other. A flat-panel TV and a kitchenette, featuring a wet bar, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffeemaker. Tray ceiling, crown molding, and authentic wood carvings. Vibrant furnishings and colorful artwork, inspired by Disney legend and artist Mary Blair. A private patio or balcony, many with incredible views of the Magic Kingdom fireworks.

A private deck with a plunge pool, a magnificent view of Magic Kingdom fireworks, and speakers for listening to the music featured during the fireworks show.
