Adam has decades of experience selling DVC points and helping families make vacation dreams come true. He started at The Disney Vacation Club Resort, now Old Key West, played an important role in opening Disney's BoardWalk Resort and worked his way to excel in sales. Adam has worked at Walt Disney World, Disneyland and aboard Disney Cruise Line. While his experience is very impressive, Adam's personable service is just as memorable. 

Q: What's your favorite kind of Disney vacation?

A: We have been members for over 20 years and even though we live 15 minutes away from Walt Disney World, it's still nice to get away and do mini vacations. We love to take a long weekend staycation. DVC is so flexible and works for so many different families.

Q: Favorite Disney Park food?

A: Favorite food at Disney is Epcot Food and Wine. So many options to pick from that we try to do them all over the course of the month. 

Q: How long have you been selling DVC points?

A: I was a Disney Cast Member with DVC for 25 years with 23 of those years being on the sales side.  However, I never ever felt like a 'salesperson.' I really enjoyed meeting families from all over the world. Today, some of my best friends have been guests or members that I met while working for DVC. I am happy to say that one of those people introduced me to my wife. Another lived in New York and ended up moving here to Florida to work for Disney. He was also the best man in my wedding and if it wasn't for Disney and DVC none of these things would have happened to me.  

Q: What's your favorite thing about selling DVC membership to new owners?

A: For me, it's changing people's lives in a way that they don't even realize just yet. Taking vacations that they dreamed of taking and didn't think would even be possible. Sitting in a conference room with a husband and wife and their 2 young kids, only to meet those kids when they are in their 20's coming to the sales center to 'thank me.' To then learn those 13 year old kids called me the Disney Guy and to hear all the stories and adventures that they were able to take because their parents joined the club so many years ago. And that their hopes and dreams were to have their own membership one day to continue the legacy that their parents had created for them that they, too, want to set up for their very own children someday.   

Q: Any tips for someone interested in buying resale dvc points?

A: Do your research but be smart about it. There is a lot of information on the web and not all of it is correct. So when you start thinking about buying resale DVC points it's good to get some of the basic research done to be educated but at the end of the day, start a conversation with one of the experts. DVC members on social media are great. They will usually tell you 2 things; I wish I would have done this sooner and I wish I would have bought more points. I hear that all the time, however, DVC Members are very passionate and sometimes opinionated so don't let one's opinions sway you. Take it for what it is and ask questions.
