Bringing your baby to Disney is a walk in the park down Main Street USA. I know that sounds crazy, but really, you've heard it and you probably have said it, “We are going to wait until our kids are a little older to go to Disney.” Now, while babies don’t necessarily have the most stamina or ability to run through the park to get to Star Wars: Galaxy Edge, they might not be as difficult as a Disney guest as you think. Remember Disney was dreamed up with families in mind, so you better believe they accommodate all ages and stages of life. Here are five great tips for bringing your little, one under one to Disney. 

1.) Stroll that Stroller Down Main Street, USA.

Bring a stroller! Strollers and Disney go together like Mickey and Minnie. Honestly, my mom would bring a stroller to the parks until my younger sisters were at least five years old. The stroller became our walking back pack that no one had to carry. We’d pack that thing with snacks, extra clothes, shoes, and souvenirs, and Disney has tons of stroller parking so that was never an issue. Rethink it, the stroller is not an inconvenience at Disney.

When one of the littles get tired, it’s the perfect place for a mid day nap while the parents stop for a refreshing cocktail or Mickey Bar.  That midday nap might even let your family be able to stay for the whole fireworks spectacular- without a total monorail meltdown. (Parents you know what I’m talking about.)

2.) Mama’s Accommodations

For those littles that are not old enough for Mickey Bars and still need breast milk, Disney has you COVERED, literally and figuratively. Each park has an air-conditioned feeding room for nursing moms, that can be found on the park map. Disney moms also have said that the shows are the perfect place for feeding time while most are air conditioned and dark. (Full disclosure, I may have fallen asleep in The Hall of Presidents a few times…as an adult.) 

3.) Babies Eat For Free

Okay, I admit this headline is a little misleading, they don’t really eat for free because they don’t really eat at all. When making a Disney Reservation make sure to count your little ones under 3 for the reservation, but you won’t be charged for them. 

4.) YOU CAN STILL GO ON THE RIDES 

Ride Switch. It’s a beautiful family thing. It’s been around for a while, but it’s still surprising how many people don't know about it or use it. Disney understands the importance of making memories, and does not want you to miss out on them, so they have Ride Switch. Ride Switch lets the child old enough to ride, ride two times in a row while switching between parents who are staying back with the little one. Rides that have Rides Switch currently are:
