Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a bright and elegant, deluxe resort with a lobby that will have you looking up in wonder. This Victorian, turn of the century inspired beauty shines on the shores of the Seven Seas Lagoon in a prime location as one of the Magic Kingdom resorts on the monorail. It's one of the closest hotels to Disney World's original theme park and offers fantastic firework views. Even some from restaurants! The Grand, as it's also called, hosts the most luxurious dining experiences at Walt Disney World Resort. It's also one of the only places you can have afternoon tea at Disney. Let's take a look at the Grand Floridian restaurants in this dining guide. 

Grand Floridian Quick Service, Mobile Order and Grab and Go

Gasparilla Island Grill

Gasparilla Island Grill is the quick service option at the Grand with American fare for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There's a pretty pastry case and a fun selection of desserts here. Gasparilla is a close second, after Contempo Cafe at the Contemporary, when it comes to the most decorative sweet treats. This restaurant has indoor seating and an outdoor seating area in the loveliest location on the resort's marina. There's even a castle view! This is a great place for Magic Kingdom firework viewing. 

M. Mouse Mercantile and Sandy Cove Gifts and Sundries

For room snacks or to stock your mini fridge, try M. Mouse Mercantile on the second floor of the lobby and Sandy Cove Gifts and Sundries on the first. Sandy Cove is really the best spot for grocery store foods and other items you might need for your Disney Vacation Club stay. While there are plenty of traditional treats and candies here, there is also an entire refrigerated section with a wide variety of easy to make meals, snacks and drinks.

Grand Floridian Lounges

Citricos Lounge

Cítricos Lounge is a small space located just inside the Cítricos restaurant. This is one of those lucky lounges where you can order from the full restaurant menu. There is also a small bar here. The bar and lounge area in Citricos offer a nice experience with full theming. You feel like you're dining in the restaurant so if you're unable to get a reservation, this will still give you a nice experience.

Enchanted Rose

Enchanted Rose is an upscale Beauty and the Beast themed bar and lounge on the second floor of the Grand Floridian lobby. Part of this fairytale inspired venue is in the place of the former Mizner's Lounge. That space now feels like a library with a chic yet historic feeling fireplace, couches, tables and chairs. It's usually quiet and decorated in dark, rich tones with magical touches like Lumiere, Cogsworth and other nods to the celebrated 2017 film. There is also a bar room with a stunning chandelier and an enchanted forest room in fancy greens. Guests can also enjoy seating outside of these areas on the balcony overlooking the lobby and on an outdoor balcony with a view of the pool and lagoon. The Enchanted Rose menu has some appetizers in addition to a full bar.

Grand Floridian Poolside Dining

The Courtyard Pool Bar at the main pool behind the lobby has a bar with drinks and a menu with cool wraps and snacks.

Beaches Pool Bar & Grill at the other pool closer to the DVC building has more options with hot foods and dessert on the menu. 

Grand Floridian Table Service and Signature Dining

The Garden View Tea Room

The Garden View Tea Room is a charming venue located in the back of the lobby. It overlooks the beautiful courtyard of the Grand grounds. The tea room has not reopened since the 2020 closure of Walt Disney World Resort. Refurbishment construction at the resort has reached the lobby so we can anticipate this space being updated in the near future. Afternoon tea here is a delight with tiered treat trays, tiny sandwiches and a magical selection of flavorful teas. It's usually fully booked so plan ahead.

The Grand Floridian Cafe

The Grand Floridian Cafe is simple in decor but has lovely views of the resort. The menu has great selections and impressive flavors. Note this restaurant has one of the only brunch menus at Walt Disney World. The cheesy hash brown casserole is a Grand Floridian Cafe staple.

1900 Park Fare

1900 Park Fare hosts favorite characters and a delightful buffet with unique favorites like the strawberry soup. This restaurant located in the Grand Floridian lobby also has not opened since the 2020 closure. With lobby construction underway, we'll be paying close attention to see what becomes of 1900 Park Fare. In the past, breakfast was a buffet and character meal with friends from across the pond like Mary Poppins, Winnie the Pooh and Alice in Wonderland. For dinner, 1900 Park Fare had a Cinderella character buffet.

Citricos

Cítricos has been refreshed and themed with inspiration from the film Mary Poppins Returns. The movie details are everywhere but in a way that feels subtle and stylish. Golden butterflies pose on light fixtures and some of the seating upholstery is floral inspired by the title character's famous bag. Cítricos' menu has long been raved about. The arancini appetizer is a treasure. On the far side of Cítricos, in the rounded room by the marina, guests can see fireworks from their dinner.

Narcoossee's

Narcoossee's is one of the top restaurants at Walt Disney World for a few reasons. For starters, it's located right on the water of the Seven Seas Lagoon with an impressive view of the area. You feel like you're right in the middle of the magic here. Narcoosee's is one of the locations you can see fireworks from the Grand Floridian. It has a fireworks observation area outside and the nighttime show music is played in sync for guests. Narcoossee's is architecturally interesting in a circular shaped building with a round, pitched roof. Now we get to the menu. All the eaters at the table will be pleased. There is seafood, steak and exciting plant based dishes. End your experience with some of the most delectable desserts around and a pot of pressed coffee.

Victoria & Albert's

Victoria & Albert's is the finest dining experience at Disney World but also in the entire state of Florida. This highly rated establishment regards dining as an 'elegant ritual.' In the main dining room a harpist plays for guests who dine on the finest ingredients. There are few tables in this exclusive, warmly lit setting adorned with fresh flowers. Victoria and Albert's reopening in the summer of 2022 with a freshly refurbished interior.

The Victoria & Albert's Chef's Table Dinner is a different experience entirely at the same restaurant. This only has one seating per night and you're right in the kitchen, seeing all the magic happen. It's quite special but very pricey.

Addition Dining Close to the Grand

In addition to the restaurants and dining locations mentioned above, guests of the Grand can easily access many other options by riding the monorail. The monorail loop resorts are Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and Disney's Polynesian Resort. Tip: Consider Magic Kingdom's operating hours and if it may be a busy time when using the monorail to get around for dining reservations.

If you're ok with a long, scenic walk, there is a path at the Grand Floridian that will take you to the Polynesian or all the way beyond Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary. This walkway has beautiful views and it's fun to hear the boats tooting and monorails whizzing around Seven Seas Lagoon. Disney water transportation opens possibilities from the Grand Floridian dock.
