In order to get the best possible rate on DVC you might be wondering which is the least expensive DVC resort. Each Disney Vacation Club resort is priced differently per point. It's not a great strategy to pick the one with the lowest per point price for that reason only. The best way to choose your home resort is to pick the property you'd be happiest staying at while also considering the price if that's important to you. Disney Vacation Club does have a flexible system that allows almost all Members to use their points to book at other resorts. The resale price listed below for each resort is an average based on DVC Resale Expert's sales during late 2024 and early 2025. Expect these numbers to be a starting point but know they vary by contract. Contracts with more points typically go for a little less per point. Another example is that contracts that have lots of points available are more valuable.

Now there are three least expensive DVC resorts at Walt Disney World Resort with the same direct price. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort is $215 per point direct and about $93 per point resale. Disney's Old Key West Resort is $215 per point direct and around $76 for resale as of early 2025. Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas is $215 per point direct and around $99 per point for resale.
