Browse the Disney Vacation Club resale listings above, then submit an offer on the contract you want — either by clicking the listing directly or copying the listing ID and filling out the form below. Once your offer is accepted, the contract enters Disney's Right of First Refusal (ROFR) process. If Disney passes, closing proceeds and the membership transfers to you — typically within 60–90 days.

Disney has the right to match any accepted offer on a DVC resale contract and buy it back themselves. This process — called ROFR — typically takes 20–30 days. If Disney passes, your purchase moves to closing. ROFR exists to protect the value of the direct membership program, but the vast majority of resale contracts pass through without issue, especially at fair market pricing.

DVC resale members have access to the same core resort network, including Grand Floridian, Bay Lake Tower, Boardwalk, Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Saratoga Springs, Old Key West, Polynesian, Aulani, Vero Beach, and Hilton Head. The only restriction is that resale contracts purchased after 2019 cannot book a small number of newer Disney-exclusive resorts: Riviera, Disneyland Hotel, and Lighthouse Point.

Yes — international buyers can purchase DVC resale contracts. The process is largely the same as for U.S. buyers, though closing documentation and fund transfers may require additional steps depending on your country.
