Everything You Need To Know About Riviera

Riviera Resort is the newest DVC resort at Walt Disney World, and it has the longest deed in our lineup to match. Inspired by the Mediterranean and the French and Italian Rivieras, it blends European elegance with modern comforts, and the Disney Skyliner gondola puts you in EPCOT or Hollywood Studios in minutes. For owners who want a fresh, polished home resort with a built-in way to reach two parks, this is the one to look at.

Opened in 2019, Riviera was designed as a collection of sun-washed buildings, courtyards, and gardens that feel like a seaside town in southern Europe. Soft colors, intricate details, and a grand lobby set the tone, and the resort's pool is one of the most photogenic on property. Accommodations range from tower studios and deluxe studios to one-, two-, and three-bedroom Grand Villas, all finished in a bright, contemporary style with full kitchens in the larger layouts.

What truly sets Riviera apart is the rooftop. Topolino's Terrace sits at the top of the resort with sweeping views of the EPCOT and Hollywood Studios fireworks, a setting that makes dinner feel like an event. Add the Skyliner station right on property, quiet courtyards for slow mornings, and a resort that's still new enough to feel fresh, and every arrival feels like a discovery. It's a very different feeling from the classic lodges, and for many owners that's exactly the appeal.

For buyers, Riviera offers more runway than any other resort in our lineup. The deed runs through 2070, and 2026 annual dues are $9.45 per point. A long deed and newer buildings generally mean a higher price per point than older resorts, but they also mean more years of ownership and more stability in the long run. If you plan to hold your contract for a long time and want modern villas with easy access to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, Riviera is among the strongest options in DVC resale.

Perfect for the classic family vacation, the One-Bedroom Villa sleeps up to five. The private bedroom comes with a king-size bed, while the living room features a queen-size pull-down bed and a bunk-size pull-down bed. One-Bedroom Villas or larger also feature a modern kitchen, washer & dryer combo, and a bubble-jet bathtub.

Deluxe Studio

Experience an unforgettable vacation in Villas that fit up to 12 Guests. The master-bedroom suite has a king-size bed an da master bathroom with bubble-jet bathtub and walk-in rain shower. Guests can also enjoy two-queen size beds in each of the two Guest bedrooms that feature an en suite, or shared, bathroom or a queen-size sleeper-sofa bed in the living room. And everyone can gather together for a big family meal that’s been prepared in the spacious full kitchen.
