We're back with another reminder about DVC use years and banking deadlines. It's September, pumpkins are on Main Street, U.S.A. and there's a Disney Vacation Club banking deadline approaching. Pumpkin spice and hurricane season are happily coexisting down here in the sunshine state. Just in case you've been enjoying the season and lost track of time, DVC Resale Experts want to make sure you don't lose your points! If you don't plan to use them to book a trip, remember to bank your DVC points. 

If you have a February use year, this is a reminder that your deadline to bank points is September 30th.

Disney Vacation Club Banking Deadlines

A use year is a part of every Disney Vacation Club contract. It's the month when your new points are allotted each year. A Disney Vacation Club Member's use year also identifies the deadline to use points, or bank them by, so they aren't lost. Remember, you don't have to be within a certain use year to book with your DVC points. The eleven month out home resort booking advantage allows you to reserve stays at your resort before others. If you are eligible to book at other Disney Vacation Club resorts, you can do that seven months out. When it comes to banking, borrowing and use years, resale operates the same as if bought directly.
