Complimentary parking

Disney Vacation Club Members enjoy complimentary parking on their DVC stays. Plan Disney spells out the details of DVC Members free parking like this: 'Disney Vacation Club Members are not charged for standard self-parking at the resorts when staying at a Disney Vacation Club Deluxe Villa with vacation points or cash or at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel when booked with vacation points.' Deluxe Resorts now charge $25.00 per night for parking so this adds up to be significant savings. Also note, any time you're staying at a Disney Resort, you get to park at the parks for free.

Booking at Deluxe Disney Resorts

Disney Vacation Club offers excellent flexibility in booking. The only exception at this time is Disney's Riviera Resort which does not allow you to book with resale unless it's your Home Resort. It's also important to note that if you buy a resale DVC contract with Riviera as your Home Resort you will not be able to book elsewhere with those points. You might absolutely love Riviera and the convenience of the Skyliner and be excited to stay there, and only there, every year. If you buy resale with any of the other fourteen original properties as your Home Resort, you are able to use your points to book at all of those resorts freely based on availability. For reference those resorts include Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge Villas, Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's Boardwalk Villas, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Copper Creek Villas and Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and Disney's Vero Beach Resort. This gives you a great variety in theming and plenty to choose from at Walt Disney World. The real value of Disney Vacation Club is getting to book annual Disney resort stays at the best possible rate. Resale brings even more savings, often in the thousands.
