DVC Average Resale Price March 2022

Welcome to our monthly DVC average resale price blog post series. This time around we’re taking a look at the DVC average resale per point prices from March of 2022. We hope this information helps you and keeps you informed when it comes to decision making and buying or selling DVC points.

On all resorts combined, the DVC average resale price for March 2022 based on DVC Resale Experts own sales and numbers was $139.81 per point. Note that this number can fluctuate quite a bit each month depending on which properties were sold because they vary so much in per point prices. That can have an effect on the mean. This price is up though from $132.37 in February of 2022. The figures below are the average rates throughout the month and it’s likely there were sales at higher and lower prices depending on the specifics of the contracts. Keep in mind, because of the varying lengths on time it takes to close on a contract, our two monthly series, this and our ROFR data, don’t always align. Below, we’re examining the average price for each resort for the month of March.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge sold for an average of $134.60 per point.

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa Hotel sold for an average of $120.00 per point.

Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort sold for an average of $167.50 per point.

Disney’s Beach Club Villas sold for an average of $163.75 per point.

Disney’s BoardWalk Villas sold for an average of $147.33 per point.

Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge sold for an average of $125.00 per point.

Copper Creek Villas & Cabins sold for an average of $172.00 per point.

The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa sold for an average of $177.50 per point.

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort sold for an average of $78.00 per point.

Disney’s Old Key West Resort sold for an average of $128.67 per point.

Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows sold for an average of $172.43 per point.

Disney’s Riviera Resort sold for an average of $153.00 per point.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa sold for an average of $133.50 per point.

Disney’s Vero Beach Resort sold for an average of $84.00 per point.

DVC Average Resale Price Thoughts

Month after month, these numbers show the incredible savings available through buying resale DVC over buying from Disney Vacation Club directly. It’s important to read into each to set clear expectations for yourself about the differences in resale vs direct. However, the real draw and value of Disney Vacation Club is the amazing savings on annual stays and resale makes those savings even greater. Compare DVC resale vs direct prices and you’ll be amazed. The two resorts Disney is actively selling, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and Disney’s Riviera Resort, are currently priced at $207 per point.
