DVC Average Resale Price March 2022

Welcome to our monthly DVC average resale price blog post series. This time around we’re taking a look at the DVC average resale per point prices from March of 2022. We hope this information helps you and keeps you informed when it comes to decision making and buying or selling DVC points.

On all resorts combined, the DVC average resale price for March 2022 based on DVC Resale Experts own sales and numbers was $139.81 per point. Note that this number can fluctuate quite a bit each month depending on which properties were sold because they vary so much in per point prices. That can have an effect on the mean. This price is up though from $132.37 in February of 2022. The figures below are the average rates throughout the month and it’s likely there were sales at higher and lower prices depending on the specifics of the contracts. Keep in mind, because of the varying lengths on time it takes to close on a contract, our two monthly series, this and our ROFR data, don’t always align. Below, we’re examining the average price for each resort for the month of March.
