This is all actually from the month prior so we're looking at the Disney ROFR DVC December 2024 numbers. After 0 out of 30 buybacks in November of 2024, December did see a few ROFR buybacks. In December of 2024, Disney chose to use ROFR to buy back about 7% of DVC Resale Expert sales.

Out of the 44 ROFR responses received, 41 contracts passed and 3 were bought back by DVC.

Thoughts on ROFR DVC December 2024 Stats: Back Again

Potential resale DVC buyers interested in Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas should be aware it was one of the most popular buybacks in 2024. Animal Kingdom has become one to watch the last few months. This time it was at a per point high of $99. That's up from $95 two months prior in October of 2024.

Out of the 19 ROFR buybacks in the last half of 2024, 8 of them were at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas. This comes only after Disney's Old Key West Resort which had the most buybacks during the year at a high of $78 per point at that property. Old Key West had 14 DVC Resale Experts buy backs in 2024 overall.
