Disney ROFR DVC March 2025: Very Grand

In March of 2025, Disney chose to use ROFR to buy back about 11% of DVC Resale Expert sales.

Out of the 45 ROFR responses received, 40 contracts passed and 5 were bought back by DVC.

At The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, there were three buybacks with a high of $155 for March. In 2025, 7 out of 8 contracts at the Grand Floridian were bought back by Disney.
