Animal Kingdom DVC Price Per Point

Disney Vacation Club raise prices every year or so. The current direct price per point for Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas is $215 per point. This applies to both Kidani Village and Jambo House as there is only one home resort at this property.

DVC Animal Kingdom Resale Price Per Point

The savings when you buy resale can be significant. As of early 2025, the average resale DVC Animal Kingdom price per point is around $100.

This price reflects the average per point cost of all of DVC Resale Experts recent sales at Animal Kingdom Villas. That means per point prices at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas may be higher or lower depending on how many points you buy. The number of points you buy usually has an affect on the cost of the individual point price. Resale contracts with more points cost less per point while contracts with less points cost more per point.

How much are Animal Kingdom annual dues?

You can own at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas for $215 per point direct and around $100 per point resale in 2025. For those who want to enjoy a week long stay in studio style accommodations that sleep four people, 150 to 200 points is a good starting point to consider.

When you buy DVC at Animal Kingdom Villas, the contract doesn't expire until 2057. That means you can vacation with those points for decades. A 160 point Animal Kingdom Villas contract was listed for $15,840 in early 2025. Buying resale, you can save around $18,400 on a contract of this size.

Annual dues are $9.65 per point at Animal Kingdom Lodge in 2025, costing a total of $1544 for the year for 160 points.

For comparison to renting a room at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, let’s take a look at prices in 2025 for a weeklong vacation in the summer. From July 21 through July 28, 2025, a stay in a resort view room comes out to $4,015.16. That's about a quarter of a contract that would book you a comparable stay and still leave you with some points leftover. Instead of just one stay, though, you'd be vacationing for many, many years with those points.
