DVC Average Resale Price June 2022

It's time for our DVC average resale price series yet again. This round we're taking a look at the DVC average resale per point prices for the month of June in 2022. These numbers are based on DVC Resale Experts' own sales and data. For all resorts combined, the DVC average resale price for June 2022 was around $131 per point in price. Note this number can fluctuate quite a bit each month depending on which properties were sold in the time period because resorts can vary greatly in per point prices.

The numbers below are average rates for the month of June. There are usually sales at higher and lower price points. Note that prices depend on the specifics of each individual contract. Typically DVC contracts with a high point value sell for a little less per point and contracts with a smaller point value sell for a little more per point. The prices below are a good starting point. Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge sold for an average of $135 per point.

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa Hotel sold for an average of $100 per point.

Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort sold for an average of $165 per point.

Disney's Beach Club Villas sold for an average of $162 per point.

Copper Creek Villas & Cabins sold for an average of $160 per point.

The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort sold for an average of $170 per point.

Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort sold for an average of $72 per point.

Disney's Old Key West Resort sold for an average of $127 per point.

Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows sold for an average of $156 per point.

Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa sold for an average of $132 per point.

Disney's Vero Beach Resort sold for an average of $67 per point.

We don't have numbers to report for Disney's BoardWalk Villas, Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Disney's Riviera Resort which had no sales finalized during the month of June.

Note that the DVC average resale price numbers for the month don't always match up with the numbers in our Disney ROFR DVC Resale Stats monthly series. Selling DVC Membership often takes more than thirty days so details of a single contract may be reported in different months.
