These are the most popular ROFR DVC resorts for the year of 2024 in order of most to least.

Disney's Old Key West Resort had the most with Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas having quite a few as well. We saw just a few at The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and only one at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
