The best way to get to another resort is usually to take a bus from one of the theme parks. Basically you transfer at the bus depot to be taken somewhere else. When you stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs resort, you're right by Disney Springs and can get a bus to any resort or park from there. Some resorts also have boats, monorail or Disney Skyliner access.

Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa has quite a few amenities you won't find at other resorts. When it's open, the spa at Saratoga is one of the best at Walt Disney World Resort.
