Animal Kingdom Rooms That Sleep 5

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge has two different options for DVC offerings.

At Jambo House, a one bedroom villa sleeps up to five guests. These rooms have one king size bed, one queen size sleeper sofa and one sleeper chair. Note this doesn't include the one bedroom villa value accommodation that only sleeps up to four.

At Kidani Village the one bedroom villa sleeps up to five with a king size bed, one double size sleeper sofa, one sleeper chair. The sleeper sofa here could be upgraded to a pull down bed if the 2025 resort refurb follows the others. Jambo House rooms are scheduled to be updated in 2026 and could get the pull down bed as well.

Aulani Rooms That Sleep 5

At Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, the one bedroom villa sleeps five. These rooms have one king size bed, one queen size sleeper sofa, and one single pull down bed that measures 29" x 67".

Bay Lake Tower Rooms That Sleep 5

At Bay Lake Tower, a one bedroom villa sleeps up to five. These rooms have one king size bed, one queen size sleeper sofa and one sleeper chair. Bay Lake Tower rooms are being renovated from September 2024 through September 2025. The renovated rooms have been upgraded like others to include a pull down queen size bed and a pull down twin size bed.

DVC Resort Room Capacity FAQs

Does an infant count toward room capacity at your Disney World hotel?

When you're traveling with an infant at Disney World, they do not count toward your room capacity. For example, the Disney's BoardWalk Villas Deluxe Studios say this: "Sleeps up to 5 Guests and 1 Infant (under 3 years of age)." That means the queen bed, queen size pull down bed and single pull down bed can sleep up to 5 adults but an infant can also stay in the room. A portable crib is usually listed as a common room amenity available by request. Technically, these rooms would then sleep 6 guests.

Many resort rooms sleep four but also accommodate an infant. For the purposes of room occupancy, the Disney website considers an infant under three years of age. If you have an infant in your party, there is a greater number of DVC resorts that sleep 5.

Every guest staying in your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room must be listed on the reservation for safety purposes.
