DVC Maintenance Fees 2025

Disney Vacation Club maintenance fees have quite a few numbers after the decimal. We round them for ease on the eyes. Remember proposed dues are not official yet and rounded so the price difference from one year to the next is approximate.

What Amount Did Each DVC Resort Go Up in Annual Dues in 2025?

DVC annual dues go up depending on what each resort needs or has planned. The 2025 DVC maintenance fees are unique to each home resort property because they are at different places in their life cycle.

Resort rooms are typically updated on a seven and fourteen year schedule. A resort opens and gets its first light refurbishment about seven years later. This is usually things like curtains and other linens. Then in another seven years, about fourteen years after it opens, a DVC resort will get a complete room refurbishment with all new furnishings, cabinets, etc.

Home resorts also have different features that are maintained. For example, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort has the beach and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas has a savanna.
