The Three-Bedroom Grand Villa features four bathrooms. The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub, then there are full bathrooms in the second and third bedrooms, plus an additional bathroom in the living area with a walk-in shower. The first floor features the main entrance, the master bedroom suite with king-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, flat-panel TV in each bedroom and the living room, and DVD player in the living room. The full kitchen includes a coffee maker, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and more. Also on the first floor are the dining room with table and chairs, laundry room with washer & dryer, and a private balcony.
The second floor features a second entrance, two queen-size beds in both the second and third bedrooms, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a pool table located in the upstairs sitting area.
