Even with a dining reservation, on the busiest of days you may not be able to park at a resort to visit and dine. This includes peak and holiday times like Christmas week, New Year’s Eve and Independence Day. In these cases, using Disney transportation is best.

How to get to other Disney resorts depends on where you are going and where you’re coming from. Each resort has transportation to the parks and Disney Springs. Most use busses. Resorts do not have transportation directly to other resorts. So it’s definitely possible to get from one resort to another but it does require some planning. The best way to get to another resort is usually to take a bus from one of the theme parks. Basically you transfer at the bus depot to be taken somewhere else. When you stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs resort, you’re right by Disney Springs and can get a bus to any resort or park from there. Some resorts also have boats, monorail or Disney Skyliner access.
What is there to do at Saratoga Springs at Disney World?
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa has quite a few amenities you won’t find at other resorts. When it’s open, the spa at Saratoga is one of the best at Walt Disney World Resort. It’s very spacious and has his and hers saunas and hot tubs. There is a shared relaxation room that’s dimly lit and has relaxing zero gravity chairs.
