DVC Maintenance Fees 2022

Disney Vacation Club Members, put your Mickey ears on and listen up! Disney has just released the suggested maintenance fees for the 2022- which means you can start figuring out your annual DVC dues. These numbers are not set in stone like the hidden Mickey’s on Main Street USA, but we can assume they will be pretty close to the actual projected numbers.

Since the DVC Membership cards are finally going digital (which we all agree will be easier, right?) We’ve made figuring out your annual dues easier, by making a little chart for you to help  estimate how much you might owe- before you do all of your holiday shopping. Luckily, 75% of the Disney Vacation Club Resorts have raised their maintenance fees by less than 5%. ( Go ahead, and add that extra item to your online cart. )

Here’s how it works-

First, you will want to find out how many Disney Vacation Club points you have. Then, multiply your points number by the number in column A. ( see chart below)

Example: 

1.) Let’s say you have 450 points at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas. You would multiply 450 (points) by $8.2365 to get an estimated  $3,706.425 in 2022 annual dues.  

2.) Let’s say you have 150 points at Aulani, DVC Villas. Multiply 150 (points) by $8.6739 to get an estimated $1,301.085 in 2022 annual dues.
