Disney vacations have become a family favorite for people around the world. The rides, the food, the shows and characters all add to the magic but the theming of the resorts is just something else. Hundreds of thousands of people have decided they like Disney vacations enough to buy points and be part of Disney’s timeshare experience. I turned to some of the biggest Disney fans I know to find out why members love Disney Vacation Club so much. There are some common themes among the answers. Responses came from owners all over the United States but also some from Canada and even as far as The United Kingdom and South Korea. These are some answers I received after asking DVC members to share their favorite thing about Disney vacation club.
DVC Members love the size of the rooms and the amenities offered in them. The larger rooms and flexibility to prepare food in them is a highlight. With villas that have separate rooms even, vacationers can really space out.

Most of all, Disney Vacation Club members love knowing they can return year after year. Buying into DVC gives members a planning head start, knowing the room portion of the vacation is taken care of. The guarantee to visit Walt Disney World annually, or even more often, is something members love. If you’ve stayed at a Disney resort before, you may recall a cast member welcoming you ‘home’ upon entering. Hearing that special welcome is a beloved moment for guests. Many members shared they love the feeling of home it gives them.

Speaking of those deluxe resorts, many Disney Vacation Club members acknowledge joining was an economic choice for them. If you enjoy staying at deluxe tier Disney resorts and plan to year after year, the initial investment of DVC makes the most sense financially for some. Many Disney Vacation Club owners love staying in the deluxe accommodations they get to choose from and may not otherwise stay in.
