It’s time for another DVC average resale price update! This time we’re taking a look at the DVC average resale per point prices for the month of August 2022. These prices are based on DVC Resale Experts sales and data. For all resorts combined, the DVC average resale price for August 2022 was around $139 per point. This is up $10 from July of 2022 but well within normal fluctuations. The average per point resale price can fluctuate quite a bit each month depending on which resorts were sold in the that frame. This is because most resorts vary greatly in per point prices.
DVC Average Resale Price August 2022
The numbers below are average prices for the month of August for each resort. There are typically sales at higher and lower price points for each property. Note that prices depend on the specifics of the individual contract as well. Typically DVC contracts with a higher point value sell for a lower price per point and contracts with a lower point value sell for a slightly higher price per point. The average prices below are a starting point. You can always reach out for a complimentary valuation of your actual contract.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge sold for an average of $141 per point.
Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas sold for an average of $122 per point.
Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort sold for an average of $150 per point.
Disney’s Beach Club Villas sold for an average of $166 per point.
Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge sold for an average of $100 per point.
The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel sold for an average of $265 per point.
The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort sold for an average of $176 per point.
Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort sold for an average of $70 per point.
Disney’s Old Key West Resort sold for an average of $122 per point.
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows sold for an average of $154 per point.
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa sold for an average of $134 per point.
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort sold for an average of $75 per point.
We don’t have numbers to report for Disney’s BoardWalk Villas, Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Disney’s Riviera Resort which had no sales finalized during the month of August.
Note the DVC average resale prices for the month don’t always align with the numbers in our Disney ROFR DVC Resale Stats monthly series. Selling DVC Membership often takes more than thirty days.
