The Villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa sold for an average of $262 per point.

The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa sold for an average of $179 per point.

Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort sold for an average of $71 per point.

Disney’s Old Key West Resort sold for an average of $105 per point.

Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows sold for an average of $158 per point.

Disney’s Riviera Resort sold for an average of $136 per point.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort sold for an average of $116 per point.

Disney’s Vero Beach Resort sold for an average of $70 per point.
