Calling all prince and princesses, break out your running shoes and leave your glass slippers at home because the 15th Anniversary Princess Half Marathon Weekend is back February 2023 at the Walt Disney World Resort! The official weekend dates are February 24, 2023 to February 26,2023 and Disney has finally announced the themes of each race- which we are so excited about! If you are unfamiliar with RunDisney or Disney Marathon Weekends, let us fill you in. We all know that Disney does the ordinary things a little bit better and with a whole lot of magic, and Disney Marathon Weekends are no exception. The Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend is an epic, fun filled, running event fueled my Disney Magic, ( lots of water) and YOU. You can race to the Happily Ever After finish line as you run with DVC members and Disney lovers just like you, all while being cheered on by the characters and princesses that have inspired you over the years.
These events fill up quickly and registration is this month, so mark your calendars for the following dates to reserve yourself a spot at the starting line. RunDisney Members will be able to register for the fairy tale weekend on June 17 at 10am and General registration opens June 21 at 10am.
This year for the 15th Anniversary new themes are taking over for each of the races.

For DVC Members, running in a RunDisney weekend is definitely on the bucket list. Whether running is “A Whole New World” to you or if you are an avid runner always challenging yourself to see “How Far You’ll Go”, RunDisney invites you to “Be Our Guest” and “Go the Distance” at the Disney Princess Half Marathon Event. (Also, all the songs I mentioned will most likely be playing while you are running, which is even more of an incentive to sign up this June!
