Disney has been steadily increasing DVC contract prices over the last few years. That is when you buy directly from Disney. We saw this happen early this year with the following resorts.
Disney’s Beach Club Villas
Disney’s Boardwalk Villas
Disney’s Hilton Head Resort
Disney’s Vero Beach Resort
All of these had a price increase between $15 to $20 per DVC annual vacation point.
We are now seeing the trend come back a few months later with three more resorts when you buy directly from Disney: Bay Lake Tower, Boulder Ridge, or Copper Creek.
Bay Lake Tower: previously $245/ now $265
Copper Creek: previously $225/ now $240
Boulder Ridge: previously $190/ now $205
We are seeing the same average price increases as we did back in February between $15 to $20 per point. This is crazy, and doesn’t have to be.
