Where to See DVC Resale Listings
If you’re wondering where to see DVC resale listings on our site, you can navigate to the top menu and click on Listings at any time. Our resale DVC listings are constantly being updated as contracts sell and new contracts come on the market. You can also just hover over Listings and select a resort from the menu to see contracts just at that property. For easier searching you can refine your results entering specifications that are important to you such as resort, price, price per point and use year. Our listings can also be organized by the category listings at the top of each column. For example, to order the listings by point value, click on the symbol for points, PTS, and you can toggle the listings into ascending or descending order based on points alone. This is possible for other categories including price. It’s easy to see all DVC resale listings in order of lowest to highest price by clicking on PRICE, once or twice.
