DVC Average Resale Price December 2021

For most, December is the busiest month of the year. It’s also the busiest time of year at Disney Parks! December is typically a slower time in traditional real estate. That didn’t prove to be true for resale DVC in December with nearly 10% of DVC Resale Experts sales occurring in December in 2021. We’re taking a look at more DVC Resale Experts statistics for the month to provide up to date information and keep you informed as a resale DVC buyer or seller. These kinds of insights are valuable and helpful when it comes to big decision making. Overall the DVC average resale price December 2021 showed us for all Disney Vacation Club resorts combined was $143.36. The outliers in the range are The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa coming in much higher at $205.00 and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort being the low outlier at $73.75. If you want more of this level of detailed data, note that we also have a post coming up with the DVC average resale price of 2021 and more information about the price of each resort throughout that year.
